How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email after placing your order, kindly email us and we'll look into it.
How long does a local order take to arrive?
Most of our orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, it is estimated to take from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. In some cases, our order may arrive sooner. For orders in Alexandria or the NorthCoast, it may take up to a week to arrive after it has been shipped out from our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within this time-frame, kindly contact us through email at hello@rebelcairo.com with your order number and we’ll look into it!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with our courier partners DHL.
How long does an international order take to arrive?
Most of our orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, it is estimated to take from 5 to 10 business days to arrive. In some cases, our order may arrive sooner. If your order has not arrived within this time-frame, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with your order number and we’ll look into it!
How is the shipping cost on international orders calculated?
The shipping costs are calculated at check-out depending on the estimated weight and size of the package.
How much taxes and duties will I pay for an international order?
The shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include taxes or duties. Taxes and duties costs are not subjected by RebelCairo and depend on each country's regulations.
Can I try my order upon arrival and hand it back to the courier if it does not fit me?
Unfortunately, this option is not supported by our courier service Aramex.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. That is why each item we send out is well-inspected by our team. However, we kindly advise you to inspect your item upon arrival. If you receive a defected item, we will gladly exchange the item or refund the full amount you paid depending on your preference.
If you wish to exchange a non-defective item, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with subject line “Exchange - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that additional delivery fees apply on exchanges for non-defective items. If you wish to return a non-defective item, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with subject line “Return - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that payment refunds are processed (excluding shipping fees) directly after the item arrives at our office and is inspected. An additional shipping fee is added to fulfill your return request for a non-defective item. To be eligible for a refund, kindly make sure that the item is in its original condition and packaging (fabric bag/orange paper bag, ziplock bag and card.)
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
How can I cancel an order after placing it?
To cancel your order, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with subject line “ Order cancellation - [insert order number].” Please make sure you place this request as soon as possible to avoid having the order shipped from our warehouse before you request a cancellation.
Can I edit my order after placing my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can fulfill your request depending on the product avaibility. Kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @rebelcairo with your edit request and we’ll assist you!
Can I change the delivery location after placing my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can fulfill your request. Kindly note that the initial delivery fee may vary depending on the new delivery location. If your order has been already shipped out to the initial address, additional delivery fees may apply. Kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @rebelcairo with your request and we’ll assist you!
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have a physical store. However, follow us on social channels to learn more about our seasonal pop-ups.
Where can I find your pieces?
You can shop our full collection on our website. Ocassionally, we stock some of our pieces at select stores. Kindly send us a direct message on Instagram @rebelcairo or email us at hello@rebelcairo.com to know our seasonal stockists.
How can I know if a product is coming back in stock?
The process in which we source our fabrics and produce most of our pieces does not allow for frequent restocks especially for pieces of a previous season. However, during the season, we can make multiple restocks.
To be notified via email once a product is back, kindly go to the product page of the piece you’re interested in and press the “notify me when available button” and enter your email.
What do I do if I need my order faster?
We currently do not offer express shipping. However, we do offer a pick-up option from our Zamalek office if you need your order the same or next day.
Do you accept customization requests?
We currently do not accept individual customization requests. If you're a business, we do offer bespoke services such as creating custom designs, product development, and production. You can email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with your enquiry and we'll get back to you.
