Returns and Exchanges
We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. That is why each item we send out is well-inspected by our team. However, we kindly advise you to inspect your item upon arrival. If you receive a defected item, we will gladly exchange the item or refund the full amount you paid depending on your preference. If you wish to exchange a non-defective item, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with subject line “Exchange - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that additional delivery fees apply on exchanges for non-defective items. If you wish to return a non-defective item, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com with subject line “Return - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that payment refunds are processed (excluding shipping fees) directly after the item arrives at our office and is inspected. An additional shipping fee is added to fulfill your return request for a non-defective item. To be eligible for a refund, kindly make sure that the item is in its original condition and packaging (fabric bag, orange paper bag, card.) If you wish to cancel an order placed through our website that you have not yet received, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com or send a direct message to our Instagram account. We currently do not offer returns on international orders.
We provide a pick-up option from Zamalek that you can choose at the checkout page. Once your package is ready, you'll receive a pick-up ready email with all the information you need including address, location, and process. Kindly note that this is a office location not a store. Pick-up orders that have not been picked up within 3 days are automatically cancelled if the client has not requested an extension.
International Orders
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at check-out. Please note that the total amount does not include customs and duties fees. All international orders must be paid by credit card. RebelCairo is not responsible for lost packages. We currently do not offer returns on international orders.
Delivery Policy
Most of our orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, it is estimated to take from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. In some cases, our order may arrive sooner. If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, kindly email us at hello@rebelcairo.com and we will be happy to assist you within our working days from Saturday to Thursday.
